• Advise Assistance/Development Objective Teams and Senior Management in designing and planning for evaluations, special studies and assessments
• Provide input into the design, implementation and dissemination of evaluations and assessments
• Coordinate the creation of a Mission Performance Monitoring Plan including assessing the validity of the information and indicators that contribute to that plan
• Coordinate the regular review of progress towards achieving Assistance Objectives/Development Objectives by Senior Management through program reviews, portfolio reviews or other processes
• Supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations & regular data monitoring
• Record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
• Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations
• Support partners in conducting baseline surveys and KAP surveys
• Data reconciliation, to include provider, claims and membership data
• Coordinate with Implementing Partners (IPs) for collecting data against agreed indicators
• Complete data audits and evaluations within core systems
• Provide feedback on projects’ performance based on monitoring data findings
• Review the collated primary raw data that feds in to the commercial decision support system for network rollout and quality management - 2G and 3G coverage
• Identify Highest ROI and redress ROI depreciating locations. Monitor and highlight site profitability analysis, and suggest site optimization for cost efficiency vs. revenue generation.
• Regularly share regional insights with a broad audience on performance of strategic initiatives, customer insights generated, and coordinated assessment of regional marketing activities
• Generate geographic insights that support Roshan in delivering a superior consumer network experience and contribute to overall market performance
• Regular (daily, weekly, monthly) and accurate revenue forecasting in: seasonality, changing market dynamics, competitor activities, and insights
• Performance tracking of province wise network outages, uptime, lockdowns, regional commercial activities, generating actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Analyze RCA on customer, revenue, and traffic KPIs across the regions and consistently communicate key findings (activity/campaign analysis, cluster detection, inactivity/churn, promotion uptake)
