• Leading a technical pool of 30+ Unionized employees in Function Dept. for ensuring 24 hours quality production of Refrigerators & Deep freezers.
• Leading all testing facilities to control all machine parameters under prescribed limits as well as circuitry ratios to ensure quality product.
• Standardization of manufacturing processes to improve machine process capability and reduce quality cost internally as well as externally.
• Ensuring the best Quality Production while fully complying with the ISO 9001 and DAWLANCE EMS Standards and Regulations.
• Provision of hands-on technical as well as team building, communication, and interpersonal skills training to my team.
• Direct supervision of departmental up-gradation projects, Hazards Analysis, Permit issuance & work clearances for maintenance activities.
• Maintaining GMP, HSE requirements & 5S implementation in respective area.
