Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Training to all the company staff
- Plan the annual training calendar of the training
- Apply TNA (training needs analysis whenever required
- Provide feedback of the employee performance
- Designing Training Manuals.
- Communicating with outsource training providers and negating with them to provide external modules.
Managing All Training Activities such as:

* Managing the National Training Programs (Saifi and COOP training)
•Responsible for conducting all types of training required by SMSA/FedEx (New Hire Orientation, Core training for couriers, Dangerous Goods, Customer Service Soft Skills, Company future strategic Plans presentations…etc)
•Works with the training team to develop training manuals and Job Aids as required for each training.
•Communicates with international and local institutes for specific training modules.
•Works with the training team to plan, update and develop annual training calendars.
•Manage and develop strategic plan for training purposes.
•Translates the English modules into Arabic and present as required.
- Responsible for Company "Travel Desk" inclduing the tickets issuance of the company employees and Business Trips including all the travel arrangments required. assist in forming the best travel policy in the company.
- Responsible for "Medical Insurance File" of the whole company; Communicating with the companies for getting the best proposals, and the daily follow up of their medical cases
- I have been assigned as an administrator for HR Director, where I was operating and organizing all the documents relevant to HR Director, communicating with the company departments for any HR-related issues.
- Drafts a variety of correspondence, memoranda, statistical summaries, reports, announcements, and other materials related to human resource administration.
•Works on air ticketing system, on-counter, to arrange bookings to the Air Passengers, issuing their tickets, upgrading classes or refunding it.
•Recommending the passengers about the best solutions for their trips.
•Answering the Air Passenger calls inquires over the phone.
•Works with the sales and ticketing team to achieve the success of the company specials events; (pilgrims, special Groups)
Contributor, Part Time, Editor and translator at Industrial Magazine
•Editing the articles of the Magazine and transferring it into files ready for publish.
•Coordinates with the Designers the collection of appropriate pictures and lay out of the magazine.
•Translates some articles relevant to industry into Arabic language.
•Teaches English language in for undergraduate students at Military Aviation College as part of the curriculum to equip the undergraduate pilots with English language communication and writing skills.
•Teaches English language in Government School for primary level students.
Studied English Literature for 4 years including Language, Humanities, Drama, Poetry and Comparative Literature.
