· Monitor and inspect the site Contactor’s works as part of the owner's project management team in Jeddah South Thermal Power Plant.
· Review and Approve Contractor’s work method statements.
· Prepare the regular Site progress reports, maintain records of the
contractual claims and variations, as required weekly and monthly.
• Review design shop-drawings, specifications and owner MEP
requirements for residential buildings.
• Shop-drawings related to Power, Lighting, and Low Current.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to coordinate electrical and
mechanical components to be installed on site.
• BOM
• BOQ
• UPS Systems after sales services (maintenance, regular checkups,
battery checkups, etc.).
• UPS Systems installation and repairing.
• Faults and failures diagnostic and monitoring.
• Battery test and replacement.
