• Configure, maintain Mansoura University Computer Network and all network branches such as (Colleges, hospitals, etc.).
• The Responsibility of upgrading Mansoura University‘s Faculties networks and designing the overall layout.
• Installing and maintaining optical fiber connections.
• Preparing, Planning, Designing, Implementing, Operating and Optimizing network devices (Routers and switches ) such as (3com, Alcatel, Intel, Cisco, Juniper and HP)
• Monitoring Bandwidth and behavior of all Network nodes and reporting it using (Cacti server, Cyber gauge, 3com Network director, cisco works).
• Responsibility for securing the network using the AAA concept to manage network access by (NAC Juniper IC 4500).
• Installing, administrating and managing Mansoura University’s Wireless Network (Using Aruba and HP wireless controller and Access points).
• Technical Support for Mansoura university users (10000 employees).
• Install, Manage and Monitor Servers (Active Directory, ISA, TMG, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS, Mail Exchange).
• Install, Manage and Monitor Servers (Citrix-Xen, Elastix VOIP).
• Install and Welding terminate Parties required fiber cables and Troubleshoot Outdoor & Indoor Fiber Cables (Multimode & Single mode).
•Install, Manage and Monitor Mansoura University IP Camera (Using GVD M6 Series Rackmount Enterprise NVR, GVD E300/D300 VMS Manager and Video Wall Decoder).
•Design, install, Manage and troubleshoot IP Camera (VIVOTEK, ZAVIO, UNIFORE, TENVIS
• Design, installation of network & communications infrastructure. Supervise Network Engineers, Technicians, and provide guidance.
