• Leading & Managing the Indirect Sales Teams of Eastern and Norther Regions 35+ :
(POS & Grocery's Area Managers and Sales Developers ).
• Leading & Managing Regional Operations Activities.
• Responsible to develop the Regional IDS team performance.
• Responsible to achieving the Regional Target.
• Setting sort-term & long term action plans for the Regional IDS Team to ensure achieving the objectives, to develop the regions performance and to increase the regions weight & share.
• Analyzing the daily reports to Identify any room of developments.
• Monitoring daily regions Sales performance.
• Daily meeting with the Regional IDS Area Managers to follow up the Region's performance.
• Facilitate daily work of his Regional Team
• Conducting field visits to POSs and Groceries.
• Providing daily support to Regional IDS Team to achieve assigned targets.
• Weekly meeting with department's Head.
• Working closely with Partner Managements .
• Working closely with Regional Wholesale team.
• Aligning with the functional & operational teams.
• Implementing department's strategies.
•Implementing the cascaded management direction and requirements.
• Proposing go to market plan and facilitate it to the regional IDS team .
• Reporting markets insights and activities to Sales managements.
• Monthly attendance for outsource staff
*Develop the sales team talent and competences.
*Monitor & analyze the sales figure for team and come up with market development plan
*Coordinate with partners and sales team to insure the suitability of stock.
*Insure sufficient quantity available of stock to cover the sales channel.
*Work closely with the POS regional manager and KAMs' to improve the sales of region and distribution of stock.
*Work closely with IT and sales channel to deploy new application for the sales team.
- Achieving Voice & MBB SIM targets.
- Achieving the expansion target ( Signing new contract with new POSs').
- Working with partners to ensure the availabilty of Voice, MBB SIM and E-vouchers/scrtutch-card in POSs'.
- Conduct daily field visit to ensure smooth business operation in the POSs.
- Provide the needed support toPOS to increase the sales.
- Daily follow up with the partners.
- Achieving E-vouchers targets for the assigned POS.
- Achieving the expansion target ( Signing new contract with new POSs').
- Working with partners to ensure the availabilty of E-vouchers and scrtutch-card in POSs'
- Conduct daily field visit to ensure smooth business operation in the POSs.
- Provide the needed support to the POS.
- Daily follow up with the partners.
Providing and selling Personal Loans, Morgage, and Visa.
