• Preparing the manpower plan along with department budget and setting yearly targeted markets & numbers.
• Exploring new markets for manpower supply and analyze potential opportunities & expected risks.
• Developing & implementing policies and procedures of the department.
• Setting targets and applying KPIs for the team in accordance with the company's vision and overall objectives.
• Building the company manpower & operation plan
• Executing and overseeing the recruitment cycle of the company projects
• Developing the department policies and procedures
• Creating, Monitoring, and Analyzing a complete database for visas, projects, and manpower
• Developing and generating reports of the department performance
• Planning upcoming projects for B2B & B2C
• Key Person in building the company ERP system
• Developing the department policies and procedures
Sourcing for corporate planned/contracted manpower per project/nationality in coordination with
recruitment agent worldwide for different positions/roles of all grades/categories.
Conducting interviews/sourcing campaigns, and attending the ones by clients (if required).
Clarifying/answering pre-employment queries of the prospective candidates/agencies.
Allocating visas per agency/nationality/number of selected workers.
Doing/finalizing all required coordination process with appointed agents outside Saudi Arabia to facilitate
visa endorsement and mobilization, including fees, required documentation & attestations, medicals, visa
stamping & travel schedule till the joining of the selected candidates (A-Z).
Any other tasks appointed by line manager within the same job scope.
