Preparing and reviewing the revised B.O.Q. as per I.F.C. drawings.

Reviewing all the required attachments for processing the interim payment certificates and coordinating with all the supervision team.
Reviewing variations & change orders submit by the contractor.

Main responabilities:
Preparing the quantities take off sheets & I.P.C. for all the sub-contractors & vendors & Manpowers & Importing materials & Rental equipments time sheets and their invoices for all the sites
Preparing Client interim certificates.
Preparing variations & change orders and claims.
Site visits & monitoring & recording the progresses & weekly and monthly reports.
Project name: Project of the Custodian of the two holy mosques for developing the security locations at all over the kingdom (KAP3).
Some of the main responabilities:
Preparing the revised B.O.Q. for all the project prototypes as per the I.F.C. drawings including all the disciplines (General Site works -Architectural - Civil - Electro-mechanical).
Calculating all the executed quantities done in all the sites for each region as per the approved shop drawings for the main contractor monthly payments.
Evaluating & Preparing variations and change orders.
Preparing and managing the payments certificates & claims for the main contractor’s monthly valuations and final payments.
Prepared a complete inventory for all the executed items (As built) for the group of sites of NAJRAN and GAZAN Area which were submitted already to the project withdrawal committee of MOI.
Project name: HARAJ BIN QASIM New Commercial Buildings - Riyadh
Some of the main responabilities:
Preparing of claim documentations, all necessary informations for submission to the Client within required timescales, monthly payment Certificates and final payment Certificate.
Providing estimates and quotations for the additional works, new items, variations and change orders.
