 Developing project schedules and updates in, Preparation of Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine hours
 Developing and maintaining CPM cost loaded schedules in Primavera P6 for both design and construction related projects
 Resource Loading in Primavera P6 for individual Projects
 Make recovery for time schedules and also fast track time schedules in order to complete the schedule in optimum way
 Coordinate activities in a structured manner for a successful outcome. In addition to appraising construction, analyzing the logistics, and managing time
 Ensure subcontractor is applying agreed resources to the work in accordance with the schedule requirements to maintain progress
 Reviewing the sub-Contractor’s detailed work program submissions and prepare the evaluation report.
 Preparing Progress report actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
 Monitoring all activities in the project schedule for potential delays, and regularly update claims and variation logs.
 Advising the Project Manager of any potential delays to the program, and work closely with the project team to develop mitigations to minimize or avoid these delays.
 Assisting the Project Manager for the preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
