Conduct Training sessions, provide custom training solutions as requested by the center training manager.
Deliver training on product knowledge for the sales team.
Provide a technical consultation to the help desk team along with the network team to maintain and upgrades servers such as but not limited to mail server and directory service server when requested.
Participate with technical writers team in the preparation of training courses manuals.
prepare and evaluate the training program's exams and graduation project.
Deliver Microsoft training course such as Microsoft Certified Solution Expert MCSE, Microsoft Certified Solution Associate MCSA, Microsoft office Expert. in Cisco, CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate, CompTIA A+, Network+ Server+, Security+.
I worked as Network Administrator for Futures Educational System Schools group to supports the technicians in networking tasks in their schools, develop and maintain the schools’ network.
Deliver Microsoft training course such as Microsoft Certified Solution Expert MCSE, Microsoft Certified Solution Associate MCSA, Microsoft office Expert. in Cisco, CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate, CompTIA A+, Network+ Server+, Security+.
