Design and build New workflows, administration and
management of existing workflows.
o Providing workflow support for other Livelink Instances.
o Performing database analysis.
o Installing and configuring Open Text Modules for production
using client-based Project Methodology.
o Administering daily operations of OpenText system
(development, test, quality assurance and production
instances), including daily batch processes and monitoring of
system errors and storage space.

settings.

pilot testing, reviewing quality, logic, and launching new uses.

o Supporting the day to day operations and maintenance of
Livelink system and architecture
Write the programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet business requirements
Test the website and identify any technical problems
Upload the site onto a server and register it with different search engines.
Establish the purpose of the website based upon its target audience
Identify the type of content the site will host
Determine any functionality that the site must support, for example, whether it will handle financial transactions or enquiries
