a) Network administration duties: Monitors performance of the company’s networks and servers. Identifies analysis and provides direction in order to carry out the necessary activity to resolve network and server problems. Ensure backup of the servers and data on regular basis.
b) Providing technical support & assistance for clients.
c) Managing the network project for Factory’s engineers building.
d) Control and manage the main telephone cabinet ‘TD 1232 Panasonic’.

e) Coordinate Computer equipment and spare parts purchases and distribution.

Providing many services including: Inventory of IT equipments and assets, migrating Pc users to Zain Domain, Installing and mounting racks and servers on the Data Center, working in Data Control Monitors. Daily work activities such as removing viruses and threats, Installing Windows XP and component.

a) Helpdesk Tasks, for more than 300 PC’s, include:
PC maintenance, Data migration, Image implantation, installation, modification and maintenance of LAN/WAN components including cables, disk operating system software, application and utility software, various interface cards, hard disks, user computers etc;. Support the maintenance of systems and equipment by carrying out routine tasks, such as backing up data, monitoring network and systems, servers and peripherals, running systems diagnostics, patch management and system optimization, removing viruses
b) Servers’ Administration:
Participated in managing servers that includes Domain Controller and Mail Server (Both at Khartoum and Kenana Site).
