- Develop geographical sales zones for the central and Eastern regions.

1- Retail:
- Managing client relationship “Hala Group a franchise of Mobily, Qanawat, Haddad, Musbah, Safari, Saudi Call”.
- Visiting client point of sale “POS” to:
• Check the products availability to ensure continuous and consistent supply.
• Cross sell new products to ensure targets achievement.
• Ensure users are active and comply with company policy.
• Train clients employees on new requirements and regulations (ex, finger print)
• Resolve any issues in the sold products.
• Update clients on new products or promotions and sell it to them.
- Prepare weekly sales report to the sales director on the progress and target achievement up to date.
- Collect market intelligence data about competitor’s offerings and activities in the market.
- Participate in the discussions related to define new offering and customized solutions to the market needs.
2- Whole Sales:
- Manage relationship with wholesalers.
- Understand and define wholesaler’s needs.
- Provide wholesalers with needed products and manage contracts with them.
- Negotiate potential partnerships and areas of cooperation.
- Key Projects:
1- Hajj Project - Sales Team Leader
- Management of sales team and outsource team.
- Oversee point of sales and create daily sales reports.
- Ensure continuous product availability at kiosk.
2- Market Survey project - Project Manager
- Run a market survey to:
• Define the retail store number.
• Define retail store sales volume.
• Define the number of active users.
• Categorizing the retails stores based on nature of services provided by them.
- Provide holistic market view to enable Hala Group to increase its sales.
