Responsibilities:


- Handles proof of concept installations and demos.
- Provide technical sales support.
- Follow up with customers to handle the upgrading and renewal tasks.
- Review the new installations.
- Reporting about the finished installations, support done by both visits and phones.
- Install and configure the solutions.
- Provide support for customers and our partners’ engineers.
- Training users and IT staff to be familiar with the software.
- Presales presentation and find best suitable solution for customers.
- Preparing Technical and Financial Offers for Customers.
- Acting as a consultant with many customers to deliver the suitable solution for their
Environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Implementation for application installation like:




• Integration fax solutions with Avaya, Cisco, Norte…, FOIP technology

•Provide support (by phone and mail) for customers inside Egypt and Africa (200
Companies and Organizations inside Egypt and 4 CO in Africa) and our partners'
Engineers.

Support customers like:

Hotels: Movenpick Jollyville Sharm, Movenpick Media city, Movenpick
Sokhna, Moevenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna & Concorde EL-Salam & Cairo.
Banks: CIB Egypt, SAIB Bank, Citibank, UNITED BANK, EDBE, Citi Bank Algeria.
Mashreq Bank, NBAD, Barclays Bank, Piraeus Bank ……
Telecommunication: Telecom Egypt, Telecom Kenya, TEDATA & Raya
Integration, CANAR Company in Sudan …
Industrial: UNIONAIRE, Miraco Carrier, Mansour Manufacturing & Distribution
, Mantrac & Orascom Construction Industries, ABB & Schneider Electric……
Medical: Senofi-Aventis, Medicare & 57357 Children Cancer Hospital……
