Job Responsibilities:
A- BODY & Paint side :
• Accepting the vehicle.
• Primary inspection.
• Preparing the labor quotation including spare parts and materials required.
• Communication / Discussing with the Guests or Insurance Companies to get best repair approval for guest and my company.
• Repairing the quotation accordingly ending with the final works agreed and acceptance of the quotation by the Guest/Insurance company.
• Deliver the Vehicle after final chick, and inform the guest again for what done.
• Customer relations, Client satisfaction report as per the rules and regulations.
• Handle customer complaints.
B- Quick Service Side:
• Advise Guests about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the guest or doing a visual inspection or road test.
• Handing over the vehicle to the respective maintenance department.
• Confer with guests about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs.
• Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service.
• Explain the work performed and the charges to the guest.
• Handle customer complaints.
- Manage service staff operations from instillation and service to repair operations.
-Manage parts stock and prepare all periodic parts order from suppliers and our principals.
- Analyse the market and visit customers for introduce our products and services, and made presentation with meeting to the decision makers at companies.
-Arrange quotations as per customers inquires.
-Research and analyzes data such customer design proposal, specification, and manuals to determine feasibility of design and application.
- Design Automatic lub systems for any machinery as per each customer needs, then evaluate filed installation and the recommended any design modification to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.

I have trained in various sections of the company such as reception, maintenance, parts and after-sales service, and that was a prerequisite for the BA certificate courses.
