Review and interpret plans, blueprints, site layouts, specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance to legal requirements and safety regulations.
Reviewing and checking of all work inspection reports (WIR) to ensure that all the previous activities are approved and the supporting documents are attached and commenting the current work status compliance with the specifications.
Carrying out inspection for sewer line network. (excavation, pipe laying (VCP, GRP), jointing, encasement, connection to manholes, backfilling, commissioning and testing)
Carrying out inspection for storm water network including catch basin connection to manholes. (excavation, pipe laying (GRP), jointing, encasement (if required), connection/lamination with manholes, backfilling, commissioning and testing)
Carrying out inspection for potable and irrigation water network. (layout, excavation compaction test, Pipe laying (using HDPE and DI pipes) different type of values installation, house connections to main line and irrigation risers, concrete encasement if required and backfilling)
Carrying out inspection for telecommunication network. (layout, excavation, compaction test, laying of pipe conduits, installation of hand holes and manholes, commissioning and testing)
Responsible for inspections at precast yard (inspection for precast sewer, storm, telecom, electrical lighting poles, electrical RMU and transformer foundation manholes, precast value chamber for potable and irrigation network, precast catch basin for storm network, precast inspection chambers and clean out chambers for sewer network, etc. )
Responsible for the inspection of all sewer, storm, irrigation and potable water pumping lift station in the project. (All related structural work)
Responsible for the inspection of all storm water retention pond in the project.
Responsible for the inspection of potable and irrigation water (RCC) reservoirs. (All related structural work)
Carrying out inspection for road embankment work, road bed, subgrade, base course, asphalt biding course and asphalt wearing course. Carrying out all required test.
Insuring, satisfactory completion of all sub surface activities prior to start laying of road layers.
Responsible for the inspection of precast and cast in situe electrical substations in the project.
Monitoring and surveillance on daily basis to ensure quality work and to inform the management regarding progress and pointing out the factors causing delay of work.
