Duties:
- Manage all aspects of RFQs from analyzing client specifications to assessing risks of required solution
- Adapt equipment and/or service to application in question
- Check feasibility and execution of equipment with the production department
- Propose new solutions with the consent of R&D department, if needed
- Consult suppliers for quotations of auxiliary components needed
- Prepare offers based on analysis done and client requirement
- Support sales managers technically and commercially
- Communicate directly with clients by organizing technical and commercial clarification meetings with them
- Conduct Kick-Off Meetings with clients upon award
- Act as a focal point between the manufacturing plant, the project team and the client
- Attend progress review meetings with clients regularly
- Represent the company in exhibitions and market its products

- Understand the needs of clients in terms of pumps, spare parts and service
- At receipt of RFQs, study the technical specs, prepare the offer, answer clarification requests and ensure compliance to technical and commercial aspects
