Managing a team of MS Business Intelligence (BI) developer, Cognos developer, SQL Server DBA and .Net resources within the global headquarter in Duluth, GA, USA. Current responsibilities include to manage resources, to prioritize projects, oversee technical design including data model, ETL and report design and the overall SDLC process.

Working closely with the SQL Server DBA to drive database strategy, best practice and architectural guidelines. Partnered with enterprise architecture team to contribute to enterprise architecture for MS BI and SQL Server database technology.
