Maintain service and security standards during the shifts. Opening and closing the store and oversee the teams to make sure company policies are being met. Offer information and coaching to the team member. Maintaining good working relationships with the team members. Check all the customer needs during the shift. Make sure the food quality meet the brand stranded, Check the stock during the shift and have the proper inventory report after end of the shift. Count all the cash and make sure it safely deposited.
