During the turmoil in Syria, I moved to live in Beirut - Lebanon and worked for Mousalli group - real estate development department as a projects accountant.
In this company, I established the accounting system and the documentary cycle from scratch, as the company did not have any accounting work previously.
Then our team grew to five accountants and I became their Chief Accountant.
After three years I’ve been involved in all operations of the company I am now the co-chief executive manager.

• Develop plans and Budget (annual - semi-annual - quarterly)

• Calculation of salaries and wages and worker's compensation and commission and staff.
• Permanent control of the goods in warehouses and car distributors.
• Preparing periodic reports for sales to be sent to the company's headquarters.

My job in the company included, but not limited to
• Follow up and check all the invoices and JVs entered by accountants - HR, Treasury and sales.
• Enter restrictions on procurement and master accounting entries.
• Calculate the cost of raw materials orders received and the follow-up of the LCs.
• Monitoring customers' and suppliers' accounts and balances and payments.
• Supervise sales delivery after confirmation of receipt of the required amounts from customers.
• Leading the accounting Team, which consists of the Treasurer, accountants, and warehouse keepers.
• Oversight of liquidity movement between Banks and treasury
• preparing the closing accounts for the company budget - trading account profit and loss - operating
• provision of tax data to group companies (Imad and Ammar Al-Awa & Co. Modern Plastic Products), and follow-up to the submission of objections to the tax authority .
• controlling expense accounts of direct and indirect and calculate the impact on the cost price and the final finished goods price.
• calculation of salaries and emoluments of workers and employees in coordination with the Department of HR and production.
The Syrian Agricultural Services Company SASCO works in trade-in irrigation equipment and the execution of irrigation projects plus the production of Sod.
It also owns a nursery that is the largest of its kind in Syria, with a huge diversity of plants.
As a 1st year student in Accounting collage, I started working in this company as a warehouse keeper, After four months, I was promoted to the post of accountant in the accounting department as data entry, and my duties and responsibilities evolved so I eventually become Financial Manager Assistant.
My job in the company included the following:
• Data Entrying
• Preparing the salaries and wages and compensation of employees and staff on forms and formulas designed in Excel by myself.
• Calculating production costs - projects costs - marketing costs - the costs of imports using forms and tables in Excel designed by myself also.
• Preparing periodic reports on the movement of materials in and out for the company to show earnings of various periods during the year.
• Cost Control for trees requires a close examination of the reports of the nursery supervisors and the nursery manager. It sometimes requires a field inspection, it was a part of my work to give quarterly reports for the cost of trees and update their cost prices and the statement of the reason that led to it. (Transfer - new seedlings ... Etc.)
• Supervising the inventory process
• Preparing the final accounts(trading - profits and losses - the budget.)
• Overseeing the company's warehouses and controlling the performance of the warehouses' Trustees
• Preparing periodic reports on project costs and sales and expenses... Etc..
