Ranked the event hashtag as number one on Twitter on the day of the event.
5. Won the "Order of Merit" award for "Social Media Initiative of the year" (Smart Cities for 2016).
6. Conducted live social media coverage of Municipal elections 2017 and earned praise & positive feedback from citizens.
7. Run and manage the community beta testers which is comprised of citizens. All new app, website features are tested by beta testers before being released for citizens.
