1- Dealing with ticketing system modules on HP service management SM9 (Service Request SR, Incident IM, change Requests CR, self-service portal SSP ……)

1- Act as IT manager; Evaluating business needs and decide the best solution for the technical situation, get the offers from technical suppliers, make the purchasing orders, guiding and leading technical support employee.
2- Design, implement and maintain the network infrastructure.
3- Manage cisco small business switches 48 ports and small D-link and Linksys routers.
4- Create VLANs and Apply Access control list.
5- Installing and configuring Active Directly, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and Routing on windows server 2008 R2 and windows server 2012 R2.
6- Create and configuring TMG rules on windows server 2008 R2.
7- Installing IP printers and share it’s drivers for all 32bit and 64bit users.
8- Managing the hosting domain and email, creating emails and assign quota for each user, managing rules and spam assassin.
9- Installing and creating virtual machines using VMware workstation 11, use network options Host only, Bridge, Nat or customize using vmnet0, vmnet1, vmnet2... etc.
10- Installing Ubuntu server 12.04 and 14.04 and Ubuntu desktop, support Ubuntu users in network issues and to be connected to internet.
11- Installing and configuring oracle 11g enterprise purpose “ server “ and oracle 10g runtime “ client”, create service, connect clients to server to execute programs.
12- Create database tables and users, Implements and enforces security for all of the Oracle Databases.
13- Support windows users and Install outlook 2007 and 2010 and configure emails.
Support Vodafone customers Arabic or English in troubleshooting ADSL and mobile internet problems.
