• Worked in a SHUT DOWN for TASNEE Company and I had a recommendation certificate done by FLUOR Arabian Ltd. Company.
• Arranged the requirements for the shut down that involves Job Cards.
• Formed level 5 which includes all activities that have to be done along turnaround, pre and post. I also tracked the activities during shut down by daily reports with Project Control Department (PCD).

SASREF Project (ULSD) - Mechanical Engineer
• Work in this project with Engineering Department in piping discipline and I performed our duties that include solving problems which delay the project progress in piping, in general, such as misalignment, complication in piping as per drawing, obstacles in fabrication such as scaffolding.
• Monitor with piping foreman & once I get like these problem, I try to solve in the site & then raise QUERY, approved from Engineering Manager, to the client by the that problem & my suggested solution.

MMG Steel Factory - Quality Control Inspector - Piping Inspector.

• Inspect materials received with MRR (material receiving report) & by RFI (request for inspection) as per ASME SEC II and client specification.
• Inspect fabricated piping spools, flanges and fittings in accordance with client specifications and international codes and standards such as ASME B31.3
• Inspect piping fit-up and give the approval to Production Supervisor for beginning welding operation.
• Work on reviewing packages of Spools Production Order SPO before releasing to project site to compare its details with drawings and specifications.
• Last period, I was leading SAP system changes as a leader of Master Data Team of in QA/QC department. I was leading the Quality Management team (QM) to adapt the procedures and modifications generated & I coordinate with all associated departments to reach the optimum solutions.
