Network Support: Installing & fixing Network Faceplate, cabling, switches, etc.
Experienced with Help-desk officer: Receiving calls from all of hospital's users, and write a support call to the right person.
Experienced with System Operator officer 24/7: Run the Backup, monitor all the servers work, Antivirus Software Knowledge in Troubleshooting.
