• Verify and evaluate change raised in system technically according to company system standard OIMS7.1, GP & DP.
• Review the database for new requests and update the MOC database.
• Coordinate with proponent and Engineering support division for new MOCs engineering package preparations.
• Conduct an initial review on the MOC request whether the request is falling under a MOC category or not.
• Check the MOC requests for its completeness and fulfilling all the pre-requisites from all the disciplines.
• Maintain MOC database and full time records of all the MOCs at various steps.
• Tracks the completeness of each and every MOC as per their Site Execution and PSSR completeness.
• Train Saudi young engineers on the use and criticality of MOC and its complete process.
• Audit the MOC reports
• Track all the temporary MOCs and notify to the proponent before its expiration.
• Raise the flag to the management if any MOC is still open and passed the critical closure time.

• Control the plant effluent discharge to admit the RC standard compliance.
