1-Provide all HR Personnel related to the labor office and social insurance.
Main Activities:-
 Follow-up insurance for workers in terms of dealing with Insurance Office.
 Follow-up all labor office complain.
 The application system sick leave and annual emergency officials and guidance to their role in the planning of annual leave and approval.
 Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
 Preparing HR orientation for new employees.
 Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
 Following the HR Vacation Policy, Calculating vacations balance.
 Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
 Handling all Investigations for the employees in case of fault.
2-Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Main Activities:-
 Monitor daily attendance.
 Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
 Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
 Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
 Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
 Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to
ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of
Services.
 Inform affected staff or residents of unexpected absences from work and coordinate
actions ensuring the continuity of services such as cancellation of events and locating
Keys.
3-Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process:-
Main Activities:-
 Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
 Screen received CVs to be able to conduct initial phone screening.
 Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
 Schedule and organize interviews.
 Participate in applicant interviews.
 Give assistance in Preparing Annual Manpower Plan.
