Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze accounting system of firms to Access the current and future financial
status
• Provide financial advice to Senior Management with direct financial analysis, budgeting,
forecasting, reporting, cash and balance sheet management.
• Review the financial procedures for importing transactions, pricing the Messages import,
pricing stock
• Establish procedures for control of assets, records, and securities, in order to ensure
safekeeping.
• Evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets.
• Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment
activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
• Monitor order flow and transactions that brokerage firm executes on the floor of exchange.
• Recruit staff members, and oversee training programs.
• Review collection reports to find out the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding
balances.
• Oversee the fiscal year end process, ensure the accurate and timely closing of the year end
books for auditing purpose, and ensure auditing functions and costs are kept to a minimum for the benefit of the Company.
• Ensure that the committed funds are received when due and allocated accurately by monitoring and analyzing cash flows monthly, including revenues, expenditures, receivables and payables, and produce monthly statements and variance reports.
• from May 2013 to March 2015 in Omega soft project in KSA, UAE Strategic Planning and Reporting .
