1- Control of tenders
 Review the tender specifications, contract terms and conditions. In order to avoid mistakes and shortcomings, and to ensure that tender law, regulations and procedures are respected.
 Organizing the tender process and governing the administration of tenders.
 Request clarifications of bidders concerning ambiguities and inconsistencies in the bid.
 Prepare the bid evaluation reports to be submitted to the tender committee.
 Prepare meeting agendas and forward them to the tender committee chairman for approval.
 Attend tender committee meetings: present the reports in a professional format and provide the members with advice and professional feedback;

2- Contract management
 Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy;
 Monitoring the contractor’s progress and performance to ensure goods and services conform to the contract requirements;
 controlling and monitoring the project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors;
 Resolving disputes in a timely manner;
 Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues
 Documenting significant events;
 Maintain contractual records and documentation
