Monitoring a team of 15 Purchasing Buyers for Pipes, Fittings and Flanges in their day to day activities and providing guidance for getting competitive offers for their respective categories. Playing Vital role in economizing the cost and enforcing appropriate stock control, maintaining updated stock control systems as basis for planning future capacity requirements while sourcing material for various projects, in buying or bidding stage. Formulating budgets for timely procurement of materials to ensure smooth execution of projects and planning, negotiating & finalizing orders’ and handling its documentation
