- Follow Site activities Progress, and Quality.
-Conduct Coordination Meetings.
Site investigator / Developing detailed designs and calculations / Managing budgets and project resources / Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery
- Laying out structural designs of several projects (villas, steel design...)
- Submitting drawings MUNICIPALITY/ FEWA / ETISALAT departments for approval.
- Obtaining electrical / water NOCs / ETISALAT NOCs / building permits from many Departments.
- Direct responsibility of the following projects:
1. (G + M + 6) Residential Building
2. Two one-story villas + Boundary Wall
3. Two-story villa + Boundary Wall
- Supervising Engineer of many kinds of Concrete Projects.
- Obtaining building permits from MUNICIPALITY Department
