1. Developing Program for Development team for the Launch of the projects for the SPA’s(Sales Purchase agreement)
2. Developing Master Programs starting from Design Stage to Handing over stage considering all trades like Design, Infra, Buildings, Landscape, Amenities etc.
3. Oversee and monitor Design Consultant’s from production of preliminary Design to Tender Design, authority approvals (design NOCs), issuance of Issue for Construction (IFC), etc.
4. Consolidate overall project progress status report on monthly basis, or whenever necessary or required by Management. Report amongst others to include critical issues, potential critical issues, mitigation measures and recommended actions.
5. Develop and maintain guidelines, standards, and templates for schedules and progress reports.
6. Track and analyze Project's progress and schedule trends including performing analysis for resource loading and performance progress. Subsequent to these, to escalate the findings to Management and Project Team of any variances including justifications and remedies.
7. Coordinate, supervise and check the work and deliverables of Consultant’s/Contractors Planning Team.
8. Conduct periodic audit on the accuracy of data provided in the updated Schedules and weekly report and monthly progress reports whenever necessary provide recommendation for improvement.
9. Evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) and provides Time Impact Analysis recommendation to Project Team and Claims department

5. Advise Project/Design/Commercial Team on delay and schedule impact during Design and Procurement stage.
6. Coordinate, supervise and check the work and deliverables of Consultant’s Planning Team.
7. Conduct periodic audit on the accuracy of data provided in the updated programmes and weekly report and monthly progress reports whenever necessary provide recommendation for improvement.
8. Evaluate with the assistance from Consultant's Planning Team any application for Extension of Time (EOT) and provides Time Impact Analysis recommendation to Project Team and Claims department

2. Preparing the Master Schedules as per the Client requirements considering the PMI standards of scheduling.
3. Preparing the Mitigation plans as and when needed.
4. Reviewing the Weekly & Monthly reports on regular basis.
