• Worked with city of Mont Tremblant, Canada, a seasonal ski destination, to set pricing and seasonal ski schedule, while effectively managing the seat inventory based on the Load Factor and Revenue Guarantee clause set forth in the contractual agreement between the City of Mont Tremblant and Continental Airlines.
• Achieved 45% year-over-year RASM growth for all Canada markets combined, by initiating recommendations for schedule changes, aircraft and capacity management, pricing recommendations and initiatives, fare sale initiatives, along with working with the sales team to collaborate with the pricing actions for effective results.
• Effectively implemented pricing actions in IAH-YVR and IAH-YYC markets, along with recurring off-peak sales, creating a temporary competitive advantage, which were eventually matched by competition.
• Utilized data mining and data modeling techniques to research ad-hoc projects to enhance the department’s performance measurements goals and overbooking forecast process.
