Handle weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls pay schedules.
•Examine employee timesheets for any updates in the pay information.
•Key data entry in the payroll software (pay@work)
•Feed the details of all new hire employees in the system.
•Maintain payroll records and generates reports for the reference.
•Answering clients responses through emails and phone calls.
•Prepare journal entries, general ledger and Trial balance
Reconciliation of trade documents of the parties.
•Auditing all the financial transactions accuracy.
•Reconcile all credit card transactions.
•Preparing financials for month end.
•Preparation of journal entries for un recorded transactions.
•Administering leave management of the staff as an extra responsibility.
•Accounts reconciliation with vendor statements

•Prepare bank reconciliations.

•Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerised bookkeeping system.
I worked various projects when I was pursuing my MBA, the first project I completed in Corporate Accounting where I had to gather all the valuable activities of the company for instance how a company merge and how they initiate their company and what stock they issue in the beginning and what is the price of the IPO. etc; so overall it was nice practical experience with the corporate accounting and later I did project on project management, Financial Accounting etc; Furthermore I have also gained immense learning with Business writing, oral communication and presentation skills with the support of latest technologies.
I worked various projects while I was pursuing my studies in Concordia University Wisconsin. I began with the Corporate Accounts as the first assignment where I had to collect the real data of a company where I had to represent how the firm existed into the market when it wanted to establish in the business era for instances, Registration of the company, how to raise capital and the types of shares can a company sell into the market. In addition, I also did projects on financial accounting, Business communication, project Management, statistical data etc;. Overall it was a marvelous learning and immense talent at the time of education.

I completed my Bachelor degree in Commerce i.e (B. Com. with Computers) where I studied various business and accounting subjects for illustrations, Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Management Accounting and Advance Management Accounting. In addition, I have learned computer' s package MS office , information theory and practice and Business communication skills which supported me a lot in my career.
