Assigned to Southern region Projects & Existing facilities projects of Aramco community (Abqaiq, Udhailiyah, Mubarraz/Al Hasa) Working as client SAPID and covering Voltage conversion projects, Tanks, AC plants and upgradation of Fire alarm projects. An experienced Quality Control (QC) Supervisor (Saudi Aramco-PID) with Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional possessing ENGINEERING DEGREE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, with more than 10 years of experience in OIL & GAS with background in Project management having through knowledge of Standard and Quality procedures. Hand on experience in review and approval of Quality documentation, Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans, P&ID and Termination Wiring Drawings.
Assigned to Master Gas System Phase II, Package-2 East west/Central region Pipelines, SAUDI ARAMCO PUMP STATION 6, Al Qirna. Site Project handled: 3 nos. of Cathodic Protection System CP. Temporary Cathodic Protection T-CP from SAUDI ARAMCO PUMP STATION 6 to Qassim area 202KM. 4 nos. of TETRA Base Stations. 6 nos. of Gas Operated Valve GOV stations, Burn Pit. 2 nos. of Scrapper Launcher. 2 nos. of Scrapper Receivers. 9 nos. of Remote Terminal Unit RTU Shelter. 9 nos. of Leak Detection System LDS.
Assigned to ABU ALI ISLAND & BERRI CAUSEWAY, Northern Area 2 (OMPP-SAUDI ARAMCO ONSHORE MAINTAIN POTENTIAL PROJECT/PIPELINE & Master gas system for 46” pipeline 202 km). Site Project handled: BERRI-280/283, 345/BW-880-881-882/BW-288-360-361/BW-247/16 water lateral wells/12" Header Replacement / Berri Causeway Wells-350-355/380/336-337/BW-DS-5 PROJECT BW-343-344-578-579. CATHODIC PROTECTION (CP) PROJECT, T-CP, P-CP, at ABU ALI ISLAND Berri Causeway Wells-880/881/882, 280/283/345, 288/360/361, Berri Causeway-350/355. CATHODIC PROTECTION (CP) PROJECT, T-CP, P-CP, for 16 water lateral wells/12" Header Replacement. OVER HEAD POWER LINE (OHPL) PROJECT 13kv line, Well-880/881/882, 280/283/345, 288/360/361. COMMUNICATION ULTRA HIGH FREQUENCY (UHF) RADIO/COMMUNICATION PROJECT, well-880/881/882, 280/283/345, 288/360/361, Berri Causeway-350/355. ELECTRICAL UPGRADE SYSTEM 15kv Medium voltage Project, Berri Causeway.
Managing activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion. Ensured that the products were installed correctly and tested them, coordination with the contractors and suppliers and maintained good working relations. Prepared that the technical documents and ensured that work was carried in accordance to the drawing and specifications. Inspection & witness for Start-up, Testing & Commissioning of all Electrical System & Equipment's. Attending Projects Progress Meetings & report all matters of quality to the site Project Manager. Successfully involved in Project Execution, Testing of equipment including Billing & Material Management. Initiating erection & commissioning and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Overseeing the preparation of monthly progress reports entailing progress & details for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities on site. Anchoring on-site activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output. Inspection & Supervision of Electrical installation/Execution work stages as per RFI’S & Checking of installation work is carried out in accordance with Projects quality procedures & Approvals. Inspection & Testing for Open Circuit, Short Circuit & Insulation resistance of cables & Earth Resistance. Checking of “As Built Drawings” & “Operation and Maintenance Manuals” to ensure correctness, completeness and that they are in-line with the specifications. Handles & supervises all electrical works and ensures that installation activities are complying with contractual obligations and quality control standards. Checking of all materials and equipments are installed in accordance with the recommendations of each manufacturer. Lead & Supervise the team of Technicians in Installation of Electrical equipments Etc. Provide monthly progress presentations to client teams. Efficient Problem Solver & Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to handle pressure situations independently. Excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, decision making, problem solving & organizational abilities.
