Responsible for ensuring Supply Availability ex plants (KSA, Korea, Hungary, Turkey, and Germany, Egypt, Algeria and Tunisia) as well as Ensuring future profitable growth within the country via Supply long term planning with Production team, Medium and short term intervention to ensure sustainable supply.
First point of contact with the commercial team (Sales. Marketing. Finance and General Manager)
Leading the country S&OP process from Supply Side and responsible for ensuring full Supply confirmation on both Core business and new initiatives.
Responsible for setting the overall MENA countries Inventory targets and setting the right dynamic safety stocks needed to ensure full and efficient availabilities.
Works closely with Local Purchasing on Co packed Material sourcing optimization for the country.
Ensuring the sustainability of the business deliverables by developing back up plans with production and purchasing for alternative supplies in case of shortage with proper and efficient response time.
Managing an OPEX budget worth 15 Million Euro.
Overall responsibility to manage initiatives in North Africa cluster (3 Countries)
