Ensure adequate staffing needs are met in a timely manner by conducting staffing needs assessments, screening and recruiting and screening.

Coordinating with HSE section to have our new comers fully educated with the law that applies to the whole plant process to ensure safety first

Lead employee investigation with plant personnel in cooperation with Legal Advisor in compliance with all laws.
Recommend new approaches and plant specific policies and procedures to HR Director.
Negotiate with suppliers and service providers and the closure of contracts.
Supervise and provide guidance to the service section in the plant concerning building preventive maintenance and repairs, plantation, and labor camp (including the camp activities, Maintains a high level of hygiene in the camp premises. Safety and Security of the Employees. Catering and recreation room and facilities.)
Oversee and direct security guards in coordination with security service provider regarding (security of main gates, patrolling, security of plant premises and colony premises).
Cooperate and regulate the relationship with technical department, transportation, logistics, and procurement, to reach the highest levels of management and smooth work flow.
Coordinate with Authorities regarding employee affairs. Employment visa process and renewals, cancellation of employment visas, etc.
Coordinate with Authorities regarding Company licensing and renewals.
