• Plan, Organize & Coordinate Office Activities.
• Establish and maintain office records and filing system
• Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
• Prepare agenda for meetings, Takes and transcribes dictation.
• Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up, Prepare statistical reports, and manage spreadsheets.
• Greet and receive visitors.
• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents, Coordinates office management activities, Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
• Attending Telephone Calls, prompt reminders and scheduling for upcoming events and meetings
• Systematic and up-to-date official correspondence receiving, dispatching, filing the documentation and distribution of documents to concerned staff
• Preparing Department Employees Vacation Schedule and Vacation Applications
