 Overseeing the accident section of the company, preparing Estimate for the accident buses by analysing the accident area accurately and to follow the RTA job cards.
 Coordinating & Negotiating with Insurance companies for the approved amount to start the job on the Accident Buses.
 Issuing Invoices to the Insurance for the Payment.
 Keeping a track of paid/unpaid invoices.
 Sending accident report to the management on daily basis.
 Preparing the Utilization report & availability of the buses.
 Preparing monthly chart for the Availability, Accidents, Storage & mileage of buses.

 Managing internal & external communication for the member of a senior management’s team.
 Handling the Visa, Annual Leave Accommodation etc. related work for our workshop Employee.
 Manage all aspects of office administrator for Dubai Office.
 Coordinating with HR for the issue regarding employees such as salary, overtime, leave, absent etc.
 Inspecting the tools of the Mechanic in the workshop and replenish according to the condition of tools.

In Warranty Dept.:
 Responsible to check the spare parts which are cover under Warranty, based on company terms and condition and then claim the spare parts from the warranty department in Poland
 Checking the service history of Warranty data base for claiming the spare parts using Solo ASO (software used by Solaris Coach & Buses).
 Sending the claims data to the supplier (Solaris), to get the warranty in a definite period of time.
 Generating report from Software Database to prepare the monthly report of accepted claim.
