3. Develop Confined space rescue plan with our client in Marafiq site
4. JMP for 6 customer sites
5. EHS audits scope for three site
6. Joint EHS maintenance audit with SEC
7. Validate ERP for 5 sites

Preparing and planning for outages (overalls) mainly focusing in power stations.
Lead a cultural change that will facilitate the journey to a Zero Incident Culture.
Lead and provide expert hands-on technical involvement on issues, programs, and processes involving compliance with safety standards and policies and interpretation of local and national safety requirements, permits and regulations.
Help develop and manage wide safety programs such as electrical safety, observations, incident investigations, contractor safety, and new hire orientation and work with regional sites to implement these programs.
Share best practices across sites to ensure continuous learning and improvement and to drive productivity.
Accountable for fully implement required elements of the company Health Safety Environmental Management System As per OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004)
Participate in the company Operating System activities at the various sites on a regular basis
Provide functional input to sites in the region for development of the site strategic plan, capital plan, and annual operating plan as they relate to safety.
Work directly with sites to help prepare for audits and inspections.
Develop standard safety training materials to be used across the sites, provide train-the-trainer education to ensure site resources are prepared to deliver training, and then assess effectiveness of the training with site through interaction with employees recently trained.
Accountable for reviewing, interpreting and communicating new Corporate Safety procedures. This work will be done in partnership with safety work teams to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation across sites.
In addition to the duties of the previous HSSE roles I was assigned to:
- Maintain Safety Systems in compliance and alignment with ISO 9001:2008 - ISO14001:2004 - OSHAS18001:2007.
- Review processes followed to ensure continuous improvement of the Safety management system of the company.

• Checking and monitoring the tower crane and lift hoist elevator prior to operate.
• Securing Location against Fire & Stealing.
• Planning for fire fighting
• First Aid & Saving Trainer
• Inspection heavy equipment, crane, hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain all safety records and investigate near miss and accident.
• Inspection of lifting equipment such as crane, forklift, lifting gears and Maintains their valid load certificates
