The project is established to deliver an integrated railway system for Qatar, ahead of the FIFA World Cup in 2022. The program is at a cost of 11 Billion Qatari Riyal and the SYSTEMS role encompasses the delivery of 86 kilometers of track through 37 stations, above and below ground, whilst driving a 5-tier consortium named MMHKT who are contracted to deliver the work. Associated with the track works are the power and construction works, the delivery of the 75 trainsets and including the creation of a Railway Depot and Stabling Yard, and all necessary buildings and structures
Controlling the HSE Team at one of the important junction of the project
Package 3 of the large-scale urban infrastructure project connects the Mesaieed industrial area and New Port Projects to Salwa Road, and includes a total of approximately 56 km multilane (7+7 lanes) of roadwork and five major interchanges that will service the projected increase in the area's traffic. -

Leader of a team and supervision to ensure the application of specifications and requirements of occupational safety and health work and periodic inspection on workplace location and conduct training for workers Site
Developing plans, overseeing implementation as well as conduct field
safety survey, site safety surveillance and auditing for compliance.
Developing HSE Management system, conducting compliance audits, advising on HSE requirements, and maintaining sound HSE standards as per management system guidelines.
