• Manage HR Policies & Procedures Project.
• Draft, Review, get approvals and Implement new policies and processes to support the OED functions and organization.

• Prepare and circulate MEGA Project Operating Review reports on a monthly basis.
• Develop and build good relation & support with customers.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate promotions with customers.
• Monitor markets. (Daily or weekly market visits as needed).
