Responsibilites:
1. Inspection and testing of Lightning Protection Panel, 480 Switch Gear Panel, 13.8 & 4.16 Kv Transformer Panel, DC & UPS Panel, Plant Earthing System and its respective electrodes. Using Advanced Earth/Ground Tester and Earth/Ground Clamp.
2. Loop verification of all instrumentation, incorporating sequence checks of motors and pumps with Electrical Department Commissioning and other associated control instrumentation according to ILD (Internal Loop Drawing).
3. Supervise Field installation of Pressure, Flow, Temperature and Level Transmitter, Motorized & Pneumatic control valves, Analyzer and Limit switches according to P&ID.
4. Conduct point-to-point cold loop checking between field control instrument and field junction boxes and between field junction boxes and marshaling cabinets prior to loop energization.
5. Perform loop checking and loop simulation on various process control Instruments to ensure the correct tagging, ranges, and alarm trip setting.
6. Prepared list of instrument and points to be Loop Check and confirm all instrument check sheets are completed.
7. Create RFI’s Package for Inspection of field work and verify the work with Required testing to the consultant Engineer.
8. Create RFI's Document in the scope of Cable Pulling, Termination, Meggering and cold Loop Check.
9. Supervise Megger Test of Control, Instrument, low voltage and grounding cables.
10. supervise Installation, Glanding & dressing for all types of cables & connection inside the marshaling cabinets, Junction boxes and instruments.
