Working as Process & Facilities Engineer for Pakistan Largest Oil and Gas entity Pakistan Petroleum Limited. I am Responsible for Planning, managing, and supervising BHP survey of Adhi gas condensate field, Chemical Injection Systems, Well head surface fittings and spares. Process & Safety Technical Engineer role in facility development, de bottleneck & diversification projects along with plant operations optimization, process schemes alteration for production augmentation, plant operations troubleshooting, Risk Assessments, Process Safety studies and implementation of PSM systems at various fields of Pakistan Petroleum Limited. Safety Technical Engineer role for designing safe disposal system, review of facilities firefighting systems, Close drain systems, flare system and Evaporation Ponds. My job responsibilities further extend to the planning department for planned and proposed projects right from Economics (feasibility) to First gas/First Oil. Extensive experience of Crude Oil production and stabilization, LPG & NGL sub-cooled process plants employing Expander and mechanical refrigeration, amine MDEA sweetening, MEA units, Glycol dehydration, Exchanger based dew point units, condensate stabilization units and compression stations projects execution from start till the end. Team Lead of Quality management system and Annual Audits. Process Lead for all risk management studies. I have professional contemporary Process and safety Engineering skills coupled with sound knowledge of international standards and best practices. I am leading Production and operations of Adhi field located near Islamabad Pakistan.
1. Sitara Caustic Plant
• Participated in ATA of Sitara Plant.
• Performance testing of newly commissioned CO2 plant.

2. Worked as HSE personnel after successful completion of training period for more than 5 months.
• Implementation of HSE rules and regulations as per management policy.
• Ensure safe work operation at plant site.
• Ensure of field personnel performing duties wearing PPEs
• Review and made amendments in Isolation procedures for critical equipment PM, PTW for hot cold and confined space entry and their implementations on field during maintenance work.
• Organized HSE Walks and trainings for training employees, educating them with safe work practices.
