Looking after entire credit related activities of Main Branch encompassing Funded & Non-Funded Portfolio of over US$ 12 Million (PKR. 1.20 Billion).

Reviewing and monitoring processes, internal controls, risk and performances.
Streamlining the audit process, addition of new audit areas and establishing new approaches for audit.
Performing statutory audits of financial statements.
Assignments included financial institutions/manufacturing concerns.
Executing management audits including proprietary, efficiency and internal audits.
Providing advice and assistance concerning the preparation and analysis of financial information.
Reviewing and recommending improvements in accounting systems, record keeping systems and internal control procedures.
Assisting in the development of capital and expense budgets.
Undertook comprehensive training in preparing internal audit reports, analysing variances, stock taking and gap analysis in a SAP R/3 environment.
Worked as a proactive member of the team, taking lead roles when required and implemented innovative processes and techniques.
