* Applying full cycle recruitment process for assigned requested position as per recruitment plan.
* Communicating with hiring managers to confirm/create JD for requested position and take notes or special requests that identifies a preferable candidate for the position.
* Conducting B2B meetings with recruitment partners to enhance sourcing criteria and accelerate screening phase.
* Publishing job posts and using manpower pipelines "social media, job portals, CV bank, recommendations..." in case of hiring from inside Saudi Arabia.
