iii. Valuation of Transworld Associate (Subsidiary of Orascom which owns a fiber landing station in Pakistan) for bidding.
iv. Valuation of Warid Telecom for acquisition and merger with Mobilink.
v. Modeling and valuation of a new passive infrastructure management company to be created with another telecom operator in Pakistan.
vi. Sensitivities of Business Plans based on Mega Swap of Mobilink Network (investment of USD 1 Billion) assessing the impact on tax, incremental financing, loan covenants, deferred tax, etc.
vii. Sensitivities of Business Plans for Tax Planning.
viii. Sensitivities of Business Plans for assessing the funding requirements for Treasury Department.
ix. NPV, DCF & IRR analysis and Investment appraisals for decommissioning of telecom towers, owned vs rented office buildings, analysis for renegotiation of office building rentals, etc.

i. Site wise profitability analysis of all the network sites (allocating revenue, utilities cost, maintenance cost, security etc.) and identifying potential sites for shutdown, sharing etc.
ii. Site wise rental analysis of all rental sites to identify high rental sites and offer alternate location and sharing possibilities
iii. Site wise energy analysis of all network sites to identify leakages and offer alternate solutions
