Responsibilities include
- the end to end management of the UAT activity on a large/complex project including the development of the UAT Approach Plan
- Accountable to work with business stakeholders to define a clear testing scope to inform the planning of the UAT activity
- The analysis of the business requirements to create and maintain testing products e.g. test conditions, scenarios, data and environment requirements
- Understand the project aims and objectives, and the contribution of Testing to those aims and objectives
- Compliance with all testing related governance and controls
- Support development of a User Acceptance Testing "Centre of Excellence" using industry best practice techniques, training and tools
- Communication with Senior SBU stakeholders, programme and project stakeholders, including Programme Manager, Executive Committees, Project Steering Groups etc, as required
- Support Project Managers/Business Analysts in any UAT management activity where required
- keeping Stakeholders fully apprised of testing status and feedback
- methods that improve the quality in the design and development of distance learning systems.
