Prepare financial Statement Consolidated & standalone (Profit and loss Account and Balance Sheet) other regular reports (Cash Flow, AR & AP reports) as per the requirement of the Organization and to report CFO.

Responsible for all day to day finance and accounting operations and also make sure all data have incorporate correctly in a accounting system.

Perform detailed account analysis and corporate month-end processing and reporting.

Maintain schedule of fixed assets, prepaid, accruals and EOBI to amortized monthly.

Review the monthly Business Activity Statements and review all monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Monitor stock levels and perform inventory reconciliations.

Handle the company bank facility utilization accounts (Opening LC for inland and foreign party, bank guarantee for the import & PGB for the purchase and loaning from bank) and coordinate with the bank to ensure all the banking operation activities smoothly.

Control the Projects cost and revenue of projects and prepared the project status reports and also ensure the receipts and payments of related project.

Prepared the monthly payroll and taken the all necessary arrangements to process the staff salaries.

Follow up on customers regarding financial issues or collection of money and also making the plan of disbursement or payments to the suppliers accordingly.

Supervise all company’s accounts transaction and conduct daily internal audits and transaction control.

To work closely with other department of the organization for the preparation of annual operating budget of the company.

To ensure the reconciliation has been done properly with banks, suppliers, customers and other Ledger Accounts.
