• Implement the changes in the Chart of Accounts (COA) & Customization of accounting software to adapt the changes with the VAT Implementation.

• Suppliers Statement reconciliation with their general ledger and to resolve the discrepancies between the balances if there is any.
• Reconciliation of the remittance advice received from Insurance companies reconcile it
with the funds remitted in the bank account, notify to the insurance companies if there is any difference in balance transferred, follow up with insurance companies if the funds received and the remittance is not received.
• Coordination with the bank representatives for the Bank Guarantee & any specific required services, Arrangement with the Bank relation shop manager to arrange the working capital finance & for Assets Mortgage finance.
• Supervise the junior accounting staff in the department and review their work for data entry, Sending purchase order to suppliers & recording of Purchase invoice & Credit Invoice and the Cash Collection Reconciliation from the cashiers.
