Responsible for all electrical inspections related to installations, testing,
commissioning etc.
• Attending all the (FAT) for the equipment before delivery to site.
• conducting inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
• conducting inspections for all electrical material deliveries.
• attending all electrical inspections with client/contractor representatives.
• To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project
engineers.
• Preparing daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non
conformances etc.
• Preparing weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and
verification of both Preventive & corrective actions
• Checking the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and
compliance with project requirements.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out as per the approved method
statements and drawings.
• Ensuring that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
• Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such
as Erection certificates, testing and commissioning reports etc.
• Preparation of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination
with vendors, General Contractor representative's and project owner’s
representatives.

Qa/Qc Electrical Engineer
• Inspect the executed works against the project specifications and Quality standards and procedures.
• Inspect all the delivered materials to ensure the Compliance with approved material as well as the project specifications.
• Check and forward the Daily Inspection Request to the client after carrying out the internal inspection.
• Prepare daily QC Inspection Report and submit it to the SR QCE/Quality Control Manager
• Attending FAT for (MVSWGR - LVSWGR- low & medium & high voltage cables).
• Installation and Pre-commissioning inspection for all electrical equipment (Power and Distribution transformers, Medium & Low voltage panel boards, Generator circuit breaker, Isolated phase bus).
• Supervision and inspection of installation of light current systems (telephone & data & paging and sound & CCTV & fire detection systems)
• Supervision for tests of transformer (megger & turns ratio & tan delta & vector group)
• Attending walk down and meetings with SIEMENS & responsible for preparing turn over package for commissioning team of SIEMENS.
• Responsible for preparing turn over package (TOP) for the owner (EDEPC)
-Understanding of Electrical Drawings & Project Planning.
-Both practical as well as theoretical knowledge of Different Electrical Instruments.
-Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve pre-set goals within time parameters & Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations.
-Providing the entire electrical solutions as per requirement.
-Installation of the entire work according to approved drawings, specifications and recommendations.
-Handling of electrical loads as per requirement.
-Coordination with site engineers to explain the work to be carried out to the supervisors.
-Monitoring the quality of work as per standard practice.
-Inspection for all material delivered on site as per MIR.
-Ensure that the materials used are as per approved material submittals.
-Inspect the equipment as per manufacturer’s recommendation prior installation.
-Awareness of the method of statement and the inspection and test plan before carrying out any inspection.
-Co-ordination with various trades to avoid any clashes during construction.
-Site inspection of all electrical work before issuing to the consultant.
-Review of consultant’s design and specifications for the electrical system.
-Closing all NCRs & DRs issued by consultant.
-Attending QC-Meetings with consultant and owner. Note: Dealt with various low current systems of the project (FA, Data, Telephone & Wi-Fi, Security System, MATV& BMS).
